If you have a choice, always find a villa or bungalow located and fronting the sea or lake view. The house must be within walking distance, without crossing the road, on a higher ground and tastefully built.

In Feng Shui theory, water is the favorite element of the green dragon.
For scientific explanations, it is not only the air circulation is pleasing, the view is magnificent, and the air that you breathe is from the vapor steam of the sea or lake water. It is called negative ion, the sun produces proton and electron atoms, the electron of the sun will make the negative ion element active.

Negative ion has been proved scientifically that it helps to keep the air fresh and clean by precipitating allergens such as pollen, mould spores, dust and animal dander floating in the air. Negative ions is very effective to heal allergies, hay fever, asthma, burns and emphysema. It is also perfect as tranquillizers.

When water is heated up by the sun, only the lightest, finest, purest and intoxicated steam rise up to form the clouds. The wind is bringing to you the purest air every now and then. This is the air that keeps the mind works amazingly! You could make a fortune in life for staying in this excellent house!
